Ashe County extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Kinzley Blevins. Everything went the Huskies' way against the West Wilkes Blackhawks on Tuesday as they made off with a 3-0 win thanks in part to Blevins, who had 21 digs and five assists. She has been hot recently, having posted ten or more digs the last three times she's played.

Ashe County never let West Wilkes on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-10, 25-21.

Ashe County's victory bumped their record up to 21-7. As for West Wilkes, their loss ended a three-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-9.

Ashe County didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Starmount on the 9th. As for West Wilkes, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against North Wilkes on the 9th.
