The North Harrison Shamrocks's found some homefield redemption this week after a tough overtime loss to the Worth County Tigers on Tuesday. North Harrison managed a 40-35 victory over the Warriors. This was payback for North Harrison, who suffered a 45-37 loss the last time these two teams met.
North Harrison had a senior duo take command as Keygun Johnson scored 19 points along with six rebounds and two blocks and Jerry Gilpatrick scored eight points along with five rebounds and four steals. Gilpatrick hasn't dropped below three steals for four straight games.
North Harrison has been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten contests, which provided a massive bump to their 10-9 record this season. As for Albany, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-12.
North Harrison will look to defend their home court on Friday against the Cardinals at 7:30 p.m. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in Missouri (North Andrew is ranked 413th, while the Shamrocks are ranked 427th). As for Albany, they will head out on the road to challenge the Tigers at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
