Volleyball Recap: Centennial Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Centennial extended their losing streak (dating back to last season) to 25 on Saturday, dropping them down to 0-16. They lost 3-0 to the Page Patriots. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Patriots this season, with their most recent defeat being a 3-0 loss back in September.

As for Page, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 17-11. They not only won on Saturday, but they posted their biggest win since September 16th (when they won 3-0).

Page's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ellie Caldwell, who had 11 digs and two aces. Caldwell has been hot for a while, having also posted 16 or more assists the last 21 times she's played. Hannah Rider was another key player, getting 12 digs and four aces.

Centennial does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Page, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-2 victory against Nolensville on the 4th.
