Football Recap: Timpview Thunderbirds vs. West Panthers

Timpview had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They took a blow against the West Panthers on Friday, falling 50-23. The Thunderbirds were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Panthers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in August of 2016.

Despite the defeat, Timpview saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Duncan Strong picked up a sack and made 15 total tackles in addition to snagging an interception.
