McCrory got themselves on the board against Hazen on Monday, but Hazen never followed suit. They blew past the Hornets 15-0. The Jaguars might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight games by six runs or more this season.

McCrory's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-9. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average over those games. As for Hazen, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-9.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. McCrory will square off against England at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The Lions have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 19.71 runs per game on average), something the Jaguars will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Hazen, they will face off against Carlisle at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
