Itasca had already won five in a row and they went ahead and made it six on Friday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 36-33 win over the Bosqueville Bulldogs. This was a revenge game for the Wampus Cats: when they faced off against the Bulldogs back in January, they had to take a 48-42 loss.

Itasca's victory bumped their record up to 23-9. As for Bosqueville, the defeat snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 17-7 record.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Itasca will take on rival Crawford at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Bosqueville is set to square off against their familiar foe Meyer at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
