Softball Recap: Frontier Regional Comes Up Short

Frontier Regional was the 15-9 winner over Wahconah Regional when they last played one another back in May of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Red Hawks lost 13-1 to the Warriors on Monday. The contest marked the Red Hawks' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Frontier Regional and nudges their season record down to 5-3. As for Wahconah Regional, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Frontier Regional is set to take on their familiar foe Turners Falls at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Wahconah Regional will challenge rival Mount Greylock Regional at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
