Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Altoona). They put the hurt on the Mifflin County Huskies with a sharp 4-1 victory on Monday. The score was close at halftime, but Altoona pulled away in the second half with three goals.

They hit Mifflin County with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Guillermo Mejias (2), Jace Black, and Bilal Eltayeb.

Altoona's win ended a four-match drought at home and bumped them up to 5-9-1. As for Mifflin County, they dropped their record down to 7-10-2 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

Coming up, Altoona will face off against Central Mountain at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Mifflin County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
