Volleyball Recap: Calhoun County Takes a Loss

Calhoun County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Baker County Bears. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bears this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in August.

While Calhoun County had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 19 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-20.

Calhoun County's loss dropped their record down to 1-17. As for Baker County, their victory bumped their record up to 7-16.

Looking ahead, Calhoun County will venture away from home to challenge Early County at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Baker County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
