Two dominant backs in Khobie Martin and Jalen Alexander are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Fishers Tigers will head out on the road to face off against the Hamilton Southeastern Royals at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the pair will really light up the scoreboard.

Fishers put the finishing touches on their fifth blowout victory of the season on Friday. They breezed by Homestead on the road to the tune of 42-14. The score at the end of the third wound up being the final score as Fishers just coasted through the last quarter.

Martin got back to being his usual excellent self, as he rushed for 203 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 10.2 yards per carry. Martin is on a roll when it comes to rushing yards, as he's now rushed for 100 or more in the last three games he's played.

Fishers' defense stepped up as well, laying out the QB three times. Leading the way was Brady Wolf and his two sacks.

Meanwhile, Hamilton Southeastern can now show off three landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Friday. They really took it to Fort Wayne Northrop for the full four quarters, racking up a 56-7 victory on the road. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 42-0.

Azariah Wallace was the offensive standout of the contest as he rushed for 139 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries. Alexander was in the mix too, providing Hamilton Southeastern with two touchdowns.

Fishers is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season. As for Hamilton Southeastern, their victory bumped their record up to 8-2.

Friday's game might be decided on the ground as these two are both standouts in the run game. Fishers has been unstoppable on the ground this season, having averaged 202.9 rushing yards per game. However, it's not like Hamilton Southeastern struggles in that department as they've been averaging 202.2 per game. It's looking like Friday's game might have some serious battles in the trenches.

Fishers and Hamilton Southeastern were neck-and-neck in their previous meeting back in September, but Fishers came up empty-handed after a 35-34 loss. Can Fishers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
