Clear Springs lost to Friendswood back in September of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Chargers walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Mustangs.

Leading Clear Springs to victory were Lianna Kearns and Adelyn Simpson. Kearns had 13 digs and two assists, while Simpson had four digs and three aces. That's the most aces Simpson has posted over her last nine matchups.

Despite the loss, Friendswood still got an impressive performance from Haley Patton, who had nine digs. Caden Carter also deserves some recognition as she had her first kill of the season.

Clear Springs' record is now 10-1. As for Friendswood, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-2.
