Softball Recap: Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central Find Success

Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central won the last time they faced Clarksburg and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central Tigers never let the Clarksburg Rockets get on the board and left with a 15-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Tigers.

Madison Holder made a big impact no matter where she played. She tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Holder was also big at the plate, going 1-for-3 with one home run and four RBI.

In other batting news, Keely Williams was incredible, getting on base in all three of her plate appearances with three runs, three RBI, and one triple. Another player making a difference was Lilly McGee, who scored three runs and stole a base while getting on base in all three of her plate appearances.

Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .778. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Clarksburg only posted an OBP of .000.
