Pine Crest had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 22 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They walked away with a 65-54 victory over the American Heritage Stallions. The Panthers pushed the score to 61-39 by the end of the third, a deficit the Stallions cut but never quite recovered from.

Pine Crest's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ethan Mott, who posted 19 points and five rebounds. Alex Jenkins was another key player, putting up 18 points and seven boards.

Pine Crest pushed their record up to 13-2 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.6 points per game. As for American Heritage, their loss dropped their record down to 8-4.
