Soccer Recap: Oliver Springs Comes Up Short

Oliver Springs lost against Roane County back in April of 2018, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Bobcats lost 7-0 to the Yellowjackets. Oliver Springs just can't catch a break and have now endured four losses in a row.

Oliver Springs' defeat dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Roane County, the win was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-5.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Oliver Springs is set to square off against their familiar foe Oneida at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Roane County will take on rival Rockwood at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
