John Hay extended the longest winning streak in Senate this week by beating Collinwood, 34-12. The victory was the fourth in a row for John Hay.
Glenville led the league in scoring this week after putting up 45 points on Lincoln West.
John Adams' offense has been unstoppable this season and the Rebels feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Keronta Caver has thrown for 92 yards and two touchdowns this season, while Reginald Thomas has three catches for 64 yards. Dominique Hunter leads the league in rushing with 160 yards.
Two of the top units in Senate will face off this week when John Adams takes on the Tarblooders. The Rebels' offense has scored 113 points this season, good for No. 1 in the league, while Glenville has allowed only 94 on the year.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Theodore Ginn's team takes on John Adams. The Tarblooders are currently in second, while Gary Jackson's team is in fifth.
John F. Kennedy made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 8,334 from 8,521. They were able to move up in the ranks after a 14-8 victory over the Rebels last week.
