Baseball Recap: Raleigh Starts off Right with Win over Varsity Opponent

Raleigh gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Monday. They never let Varsity Opponent onto the board and left with an 18-0 win.

Aiden Laird was a standout: he scored three runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of Cody Moseley, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-2.

Coming up, a feisty cat fight will be fought as the Lions challenge the Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. on February 18th. As for Varsity Opponent, they will take on Keys Gate at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
