Baseball Recap: Bishop Snyder Cardinals vs. Trinity Christian Academy Conquerors
Bishop Snyder and Trinity Christian Academy squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Bishop Snyder had to settle for second. They took a 5-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Conquerors. The Cardinals haven't had much luck with the Conquerors recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.
Bishop Snyder got a good showing from Jack Rauch, who tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Rauch has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances.
