Johnsburg was handed a heart-breaking three-point defeat in their last game, but they sure didn't let that happen against Fenton on Saturday. The Johnsburg Skyhawks blew past the Fenton Bison 61-30. The Skyhawks have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matches by 28 points or more this season.

Johnsburg is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.9 points per game. As for Fenton, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-6 record this season.

After both having extra time off, Johnsburg and McHenry will shake off the cobwebs and challenge one another at 12:30 p.m. on January 4, 2025. Johnsburg is facing McHenry at the right time seeing as McHenry is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Fenton, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Kelly at 10:20 a.m. on January 2, 2025.
