Softball Recap: Dexter Comes Up Short

Dexter was not able to break out of their rough patch on Sunday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 16-1 to the Kennett Indians, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Indians this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 16-1 on Saturday.

Dexter's loss dropped their record down to 2-19. As for Kennett, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 26-6 record this season.

Dexter does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Kennett has already played their next game (against Malden), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
