Basketball Recap: Sycamore Takes a Loss

After flying high against Harpeth last Friday, Sycamore came back down to earth. The Sycamore War Eagles fell 41-32 to the Stewart County Rebels on Tuesday. The War Eagles were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Rebels apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in December of 2023.

Sycamore's defeat dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Stewart County, their win was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-0.

Sycamore will welcome Cheatham County Central at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Stewart County, they will head out to take on Trigg County at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
