Volleyball Recap: Drexel Takes a Loss

Drexel suffered their biggest defeat since September 11th on Thursday. They came up short against the Osceola Indians, falling 3-0. If the Bobcats were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Indians when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Drexel took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-13, 25-17.

Osceola can attribute much of their success to Jadyn Guerin, who had 14 digs and one assist.

Drexel has been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-6 record this season. As for Osceola, they pushed their record up to 13-7-5 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.

Drexel wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Liberal on the 7th. As for Osceola, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against Sacred Heart on the 6th.
