Pardeeville entered their tilt with Markesan on Tuesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They were the clear victors by a 17-5 margin over the Hornets. This was a revenge game for the Bulldogs: when they faced off against the Hornets back in April, they had to take a 15-0 loss.

Pardeeville pushed their record up to 7-6 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.7 runs on average over those games. As for Markesan, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-7-2 record this season.

Coincidentally, Pardeeville and Markesan will both be playing Princeton/Green Lake the next time they take the field. The Hornets will host the Tigers at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Bulldogs will host them at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
