Basketball Recap: South San Francisco Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact South San Francisco can now relate to. They fell just short of the Oak Grove Eagles by a score of 72-70 on Friday. The Warriors were not able to make up for their defeat to the Eagles from their previous meeting back in December of 2016.

South San Francisco has also traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-11 record this season. Oak Grove is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-13 record this season.

As of now, neither South San Francisco nor Oak Grove have any future games scheduled.
