Soccer Game Preview: Lexington Senior vs. Randleman + How To Watch

The Lexington Senior Yellowjackets will face off against the Randleman Tigers at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The squads are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Lexington Senior has struggled recently with four losses in a row, while Randleman will arrive with four straight wins.

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Lexington Senior's offense. They lost 5-0 to Ledford on Wednesday. While losing is never fun, Lexington Senior can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 522nd, while Ledford are ranked 215th).

Meanwhile, Randleman made easy work of T.W. Andrews on Tuesday and carried off a 7-1 victory. Considering Randleman have won eight matches by more than two goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Lexington Senior's defeat dropped their record down to 2-13. As for Randleman, their win bumped their record up to 12-4-3.

Lexington Senior might still be hurting after the 7-1 loss they got from Randleman in their previous matchup back in September. That contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Yellowjackets were down 4-0.
