Soccer Game Preview: De Pere vs. Sheboygan North

De Pere is preparing for their first conference matchup of the season on Tuesday. They will face off against the Sheboygan North Golden Raiders at 6:30 p.m. De Pere's defense has only allowed 0.4 goals per game this season, so Sheboygan North's offense will have their work cut out for them.

De Pere fell victim to Kimberly and their airtight defense last Monday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Papermakers. The loss continues a trend for De Pere in their meetings with Kimberly: they've now lost seven in a row.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sheboygan North). They blew past Notre Dame Academy 4-1 on Tuesday. The high-scoring effort was just what Sheboygan North needed considering they were shut out in their previous contest.

Having lost for the first time this season, De Pere fell to 5-1-1. As for Sheboygan North, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1.
