 The Vacaville Bulldogs will be playing at home against the Freedom Falcons at 4:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. Both teams come into the  game bolstered by wins in their previous  matches.
 Vacaville's pitching crew heads into the  contest  hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed  on Tuesday. They blew past Armijo 8-0.
  Jaiden Oldwin looked comfortable as he  didn't allow a single  earned run and  only one  hit over four innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in four consecutive pitching appearances.
 On the hitting side,  the team  relied heavily on  Rome Griego, who  scored a  run and  stole two bases while going 1-for-3.
 Meanwhile, Freedom was able to grind out a solid  victory over Clayton Valley Charter on Monday, taking the game  5-0.
  Adrian Boles looked comfortable as he  kept things locked down with   no  earned runs or hits over four innings pitched.
 At the plate, Freedom's win was truly a team effort as four different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was  Devan Carmignani, who  scored two  runs while going 2-for-3.
 Vacaville is  on a roll lately: they've  won six of their last seven matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 19-7 record  this season. As for Freedom, their victory bumped their record up to 12-10.
 Vacaville skirted past Freedom  4-2 in their previous matchup  back in February of 2020. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was Freedom's  Andrew Neil, who   struck out eight batters over  five innings while giving up just two earned  (and two unearned) runs off   six  hits. Now that he won't be playing  on Wednesday, will it be that much easier for Vacaville to walk away with another win? There's only one way to find out.
