Volleyball Game Preview: Don Bosco Cristo Rey Wolfpack vs. McLean

The Don Bosco Cristo Rey Wolfpack will venture away from home to take on McLean at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Don Bosco Cristo Rey comes in still looking for their first win of the season.

On Friday, Don Bosco Cristo Rey didn't have quite enough to beat Roosevelt and fell 3-2. While the Wolfpack didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Roughriders 25-20 in the first set.

Don Bosco Cristo Rey wouldn't go down easily and took Roosevelt into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking four-point loss. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 20-25, 25-23, 25-21, 22-25, 15-11.

Meanwhile, McLean came up short against Field on Friday and fell 3-1.

Don Bosco Cristo Rey's loss dropped their record down to 0-12. As for McLean, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.
