If Concord wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Howard, they should've done a better job of containing Ha'Lena Griffin. The Howard Wildcats came out on top against the Concord Raiders by a score of 55-47 on Monday thanks to Griffin, who dropped a double-double with 22 points and 12 boards. What's more, she also posted five blocks, the most she's had since back in March of 2024.

Howard's win bumped their record up to 12-5. As for Concord, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-8.

Howard didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Newark on the 17th. Concord has also already played their next match (against Glasgow), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
