Volleyball Recap: Cascade's Undefeated Season over After Three Games

If Cascade was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Marysville Getchell on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Bruins lost 3-0 to the Arlington Eagles on Thursday. The Bruins have struggled against the Eagles recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

While Cascade was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-24, 25-12.

Having lost for the first time this season, Cascade fell to 2-1. As for Arlington, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Looking ahead, Cascade will face off against Mariner at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Arlington, they have already played their next game, a 2-1 defeat against Glacier Peak on the 20th.
