Soccer Recap: Keys Gate Comes Up Short

After soaring to eight goals the game before, Keys Gate was a bit more limited in their match on Monday. They fell just short of the South Dade Buccaneers by a score of 2-1. While losing is never fun, Keys Gate can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 318th, while South Dade are ranked 121st).

The loss snapped Keys Gate's winning streak at three matches and leaves them with a 3-5 record. As for South Dade, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-1-4.
