Meanwhile, Coudersport unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Friday. They lost 54-28 to Port Allegany. The Falcons were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 30-8.

Cowanesque Valley's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 4-2. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.5 points per game. As for Coudersport, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-6.
