Riverside Christian Academy put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Wayne Preparatory Academy Generals by a score of 8-5. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 11-1 two weeks ago.

Riverside Christian Academy saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Gunner Marsh, who scored a run and stole two bases while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances. Marsh is crushing it when it comes to stolen bases: he's snagged at least one every time he's taken the field this season. Braxton Wirt was another, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-2.

Riverside Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Wayne Preparatory Academy, they suffered their first home loss, dropping their record down to 2-4.

Looking ahead, Riverside Christian Academy will venture away from home to take on Scotland Christian Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
