Basketball Recap: Knightstown Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Knightstown, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. Everything went their way against the Edinburgh Lancers on Saturday as they made off with a 57-35 win. The Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four contests by 22 points or more this season.

Lilly Drew had another great game (as she tends to do), shooting 62% from the field en route to 18 points in addition to six boards and six steals. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 2.3 steals per game. Another player making a difference was Lyla Trigg, who dropped a double-double with 12 points and ten rebounds.

Knightstown was working as a unit and finished the game with 17 assists. They are a perfect 5-0 when they've passed the ball that well.

Knightstown's record is now 6-3. As for Edinburgh, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-4.
