Williams won the last time they faced Joseph City and things went their way on Thursday too. The Vikings blew past the Wildcats 13-5. The Vikings might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten matchups by seven runs or more this season.

Cade Trimble made a splash no matter where he played. On the mound, he pitched four innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits. Trimble was also big at the plate, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with four runs. Those four runs gave him a new career-high.

In other batting news, Ricky Gonzalez was a standout: he got on base in four of his six plate appearances with two stolen bases, two runs, and one triple. As for Joseph City, they will take on Ash Fork/Seligman at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
