Football Recap: Magoffin County Starts off Right with Win over Rowan County + How To Watch

Magoffin County had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They came out on top against the Rowan County Vikings by a score of 20-13 on Friday.

Rowan County's loss came despite strong showings from Jt Judd and Cameron Cross. Judd rushed for 98 yards and one TD on only 12 carries, while Cross rushed for 58 yards.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Magoffin County will venture away from home to challenge Floyd Central at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Rowan County, they will head out to face off against East Carter at 5:00 a.m. on Friday.
