Volleyball Recap: Braddock Comes Up Short

Braddock was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 18th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Hialeah Thoroughbreds. The Bulldogs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Thoroughbreds apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2025.

Victor Isaaccura paced Braddock's offense, picking up seven kills. Isaaccura got some help from Andrew Shaw and his nine assists. Karlos Font controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Braddock's defeat dropped their record down to 0-17. As for Hialeah, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-5 record this season.

Braddock will head out to challenge Ferguson at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Hialeah, they will face off against Homestead at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
