Volleyball Recap: Mulvane Comes Up Short in High-Profile Matchup with Andale

Mulvane faced Andale in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Wildcats fell 2-0 to the Indians. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Wildcats of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-16.

Carley Keller was the offensive standout of the match as she had 12 digs and two assists. Those 12 digs gave her a new career-high.

Mulvane's defeat ended a six-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 5-2. As for Andale, the win keeps them at an undefeated 7-0.

Looking ahead, Mulvane will square off against McPherson on Tuesday. As for Andale, they will face off against Clearwater at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
