Volleyball Recap: Skyline's Luck Takes a Turn for the Worse on Wednesday

Skyline lost against Leadership back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. Skyline fell 3-1 to Leadership. The Titans' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

The defeat didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Leadership scored at least 19 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 23-25, 25-23, 25-19.

Skyline's loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Leadership, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-2.

Skyline and Leadership will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next contests. The next time Skyline sees the court they'll take on Oakland Tech at 6:00 p.m. on April 8. As for Leadership, their break will end when they face Oakland Charter at 5:00 p.m. on April 14.
