Marble Falls came tearing into Saturday's match with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Akins Eagles.
Marble Falls easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-12.
Marble Falls' win bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Akins, their loss was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-3.
