It was another big night for Nana Owusu, who rushed for 279 yards and three touchdowns on only ten carries. His longest rush was for an incredible 78 yards. The team also got some help courtesy of Landon Myers, who rushed for 76 yards and two touchdowns.
On the other side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Johnstown-Monroe's defense and their eight sacks. The heavy lifting was done by Aj Hollis and Erik Marohl, who racked up seven sacks between them. With that strong performance, Marohl is now averaging an impressive 5.4 total tackles per game.
Johnstown-Monroe was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 506 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 208 rushing yards in 15 consecutive games dating back to last season.
