You're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter, and that's exactly how it played out for Harlan on Wednesday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that they blew the Holmes Huskies out of the water with a 91-48 final score. The Hawks have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matches by 28 points or more this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Harlan to victory, but perhaps none more so than Zakee Thompson, who posted 12 points. Thompson continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Bryce Christian, who put up 11 points.

Holmes lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Junior Sanchez, who earned six points. Joseph Ramon was another key player, going 5 of 12 on his way to 15 points.

Harlan has been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 18-10 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 77.8 points per game. As for Holmes, they dropped their record down to 4-27 with the defeat, which was their tenth straight on the road.
