Softball Game Preview: North Sand Mountain Bison vs. Fyffe Red Devils

The North Sand Mountain Bison will challenge the Fyffe Red Devils at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The last four games North Sand Mountain has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

North Sand Mountain saw some tournament action on Saturday. They fell just short of Sand Rock by a score of 6-5.

Meanwhile, Fyffe came into Thursday's contest having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They blew past Asbury 12-2 on Thursday. The high-scoring effort was just what the Red Devils needed considering they were shut out in their previous game.

Fyffe's win bumped their record up to 4-17. As for North Sand Mountain, their loss dropped their record down to 13-15.

Everything went North Sand Mountain's way against Fyffe in their previous matchup back in March, as North Sand Mountain made off with a 13-4 victory. Will the Bison repeat their success, or do the Red Devils have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
