Recap: Edmonds-Woodway Warriors vs. Cascade Bruins

Even though the Cascade Bruins scored an imposing 55 points on Monday, the Edmonds-Woodway Warriors still came out on top. Edmonds-Woodway walked away with a 67-55 win over Cascade. That's two games straight that Edmonds-Woodway has won by exactly 12 points.

Edmonds-Woodway found their leader in underclassman Dj Karl, who scored 16 points along with seven assists and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Julian Gray, who scored 14 points along with nine rebounds.

The win makes it two in a row for Edmonds-Woodway and bumps their season record up to 10-8. As for Cascade, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-13.

Edmonds-Woodway will be playing in front of their home fans against Monroe at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Monroe has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 174 points over their last three matches. As for Cascade, they will head out on the road to square off against Shorewood at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Shorewood presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Cascade in Washington (Shorewood is ranked 93rd, while Cascade is ranked 290th).
