Volleyball Recap: Southside Falls Short of North Duplin in the Playoffs + How To Watch

Southside and North Duplin squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Southside had to settle for second. They came up short against the Rebels, falling 3-0. The Seahawks' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it 12 in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-21, 25-21.

North Duplin found their leader in sophomore Carrly Strickland, who had four digs and four aces.

Southside's loss dropped their record down to 5-16. As for North Duplin, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-6.

Southside does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for North Duplin, they will take on Research Triangle Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
