Soccer Recap: Hardin-Jefferson Takes a Loss

Hardin-Jefferson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Silsbee Tigers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 5-0 back in February.

Hardin-Jefferson's loss dropped their record down to 4-15. As for Silsbee, with the win, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 6-11.

Looking ahead, Hardin-Jefferson will face off against Lumberton at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Silsbee, they will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against Little Cypress-Mauriceville at 7:00 p.m.
