Unity is 10-0 against Frederic since January of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The Unity Eagles will venture away from home to challenge the Frederic Vikings at 7:15 p.m. Unity will be strutting in after a win while Frederic will be coming in after a loss.

Unity took a loss when they played away from home on Monday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They blew past Siren, posting a 76-27 victory. The contest marked the Eagles' most dominant win of the season so far.

Meanwhile, Frederic came up short against Turtle Lake on Tuesday, falling 69-44. While losing is never fun, the Vikings can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 344th, while the Lakers are ranked 155th).

This is the second loss in a row for Frederic and nudges their season record down to 4-4. As for Unity, they moved to 4-5 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Everything came up roses for Unity against Frederic in their previous meeting back in February of 2024, as the squad secured a 73-28 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Unity since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
