Basketball Recap: Philipsburg-Osceola Comes Up Short

Philipsburg-Osceola lost against Penns Valley Area back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Philipsburg-Osceola Mountaineers were outmatched by the Penns Valley Area Rams and fell 64-37. The Mountaineers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Philipsburg-Osceola's loss dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Penns Valley Area, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Philipsburg-Osceola will welcome Central at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Penns Valley Area, they will be playing at home against Clearfield at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
