Aquinas's tournament run continued when they took on Bishop O'Dowd on Wednesday. The Falcons blew past the Dragons 13-1. The Falcons might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six matchups by seven runs or more this season.
Gavin Egan made a big impact no matter where he played. On the mound, he tossed four innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in six consecutive appearances. He was also stellar in the batter's box, going a perfect 2-for-2 with three RBI, two runs, and one stolen base.
