Football Recap: Comstock Park Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Comstock Park was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were four points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 22-18 heartbreaker at the hands of the Kelloggsville Rockets. The Panthers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Rockets apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

While passing duties were split, you can't argue with the impact Gaston Musungwa and Cameron Dunbar both made on the matchup. Musungwa rushed for 85 yards and one TD while Dunbar rushed for 43 yards and one score. Those 43 rushing yards gave Dunbar a new career-high.

Comstock Park's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Kelloggsville, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-2.
