It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Buffalo had no problem doing just that on Saturday. They walked away with a 48-39 victory over the Wheatland Bulldogs. This was a revenge game for the Bison: when they faced off against the Bulldogs last Saturday, they had to take a 53-41 defeat.

Despite the loss, Wheatland saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Lily Anderson went 6-for-15 to rack up 24 points along with six rebounds and four steals. That was a full 61.5% of Wheatland's points, marking the 16th time in a row Anderson has posted more than a third of the team's points. Molly Mcguire was another key player, putting up four points and six boards.

The win made it two in a row for Buffalo and bumps their season record up to 14-12. As for Wheatland, their defeat dropped their record down to 21-10.

As of now, neither Buffalo nor Wheatland have any future games scheduled.
